Well, Smash was never really intended to become a large, competivly played game. It has, and always will be, a game that is for fun all out brawls. Wikipedia described it as a game that is easy to play but hard to master. I think the developers are trying to broden the audience so more people can enjoy it.

I know I am no pro, but It seems like meta knight well be really easy to use, to easy? But if they do it well this could be a very good update.

All they really did is make it so you can hold A instead of repeatedly pressing it. I doubt it will change much because it's not like it's difficult to press A repeatedly.

It almost seems as tho they made it so holding A, and pressing A really fast is not the same thing... I can't tell from the way they word it.

Fox's leg seems to have a furthur reach than I remember. But I do have a bad memory, so it's likely I'm wrong.

And this doesn't change much at all. The only Nuetral A moves I ever see done are those that don't repeat. (Ergo Samus, Peach, etc.)

I'm pretty sure that you can either mash A or hold it, depending on personal preference.

Really, these or only standard attacks: nothing game breaking. And Meta Knight's might be the only one really worth deep consideration :p .

Aside, I wonder if this means that every charactor gets thier own semi-unique 'lil combo they can do by mashing/holding A now. Specifically, I'd rather have Pikachu do a fun combo of it's own, rather then repetitively whacking others with it's head when I hold that button.

It makes me worry meta might be un-fair... but I hope I am wrong. he sure looks cool, and I don't want him to be the guy all the noobs use.

yes, but then he is not as cool... If he is used by noobs, who get beat by pros all the time, it makes poor meta knight look bad...
