When Mario returns, he Dsmashes MM for 15%. All good.
However, as soon as MM comes back on stage, Mario hits him with another Dsmash. If Brawl's stale move mechanic was being used, the second Dsmash would be weaker than the first in % and knockback, but Mario's second Dsmash in the vid is stronger. It did 18%, and it killed from closer to the center of the stage.
We can't really say much until some competitive players get their hands on the game, but this already looks vastly different from brawl.
