SSS back ground

Does any one have an Idea on how to replace the background of the stage selection screen?
I tried using the MenSelchrCchar4_TopN.mdl0 that is used in the CSS and renaming a texture MenSelchrFaceB.00, but no luck it freezes the game.
I also hear that someone already accomplished this, is this true? any links?

Talked to BigSharkZ today about it. He said best way to do it would be replacing one of the stage builder BG's with it. But I can't figure it out dude. =/
