SSBM/SSBB Tournaments in or around East Harlem,NY

I want to know if there are any Smash tournaments, specifically ssbm/ssbb, located in East Harlem,Ny or around the area. I'm 14, so I can't drive, and I don't have any friends/family who play smash, so I can't get a ride anywhere.
