Tier lists change depending on how a characters metagame has changed and their sucess ( or lack of) in tournaments. For example, in Melee Ice Climbers were pretty low for a while, then desyncing really picked up, they placed high in tournaments, so they were bumped up.

The next tier list is due this june IIRC I am assuming it will be after Genesis so that a recent major tournament can be discussed.

Genesis is actually being held from July 10-12th IIRC.

There is no "scheduled" date for the next tier list. Anyway, for more tier list talk, please use the thread in Tactical Discussion.
