EDIT: I still can't play online, I click Start Netplay and then windows says "an inconvenience has occured" and closes the program? why? someone please help...

Maybe Windows is inconvenienced by netplay?

Make sure you installed the emulator correctly.
If you downloaded a .zip file make sure you uncompressed the whole files within it on the same folder and not just the .exe file (this happened to someone before)
