Pretty good stuff, there's just a lot of bitter "veterans" here. Don't listen to them. If you don't play the game their way they hate on you.

Not exactly... people here fall into 3 main categories when it comes to stuff like this:

1. The ones that flame new people or bad posts.

2. The ones that are nice to everyone, even new players who make mistakes, don't know the game as well as themselves, etc.

3. The ones that would normally be in #2, but have dealt with the same thing over and over again (like why is Ness so low), that they don't care to answer that question again (often ignore the topic).

Most of the smash 64 community is under 2 or 3, but the ones people remember are the people in #1. There aren't many of them here... but... well, they are remembered.

I'm not naming any people to any of the categories, or trying to hint certain people... so don't take this the wrong way.

Oh, and by the way, I'm an extremist #1. You don't want to get on my bad side (jk ... or am I :p )

Edit:

in general, just ignore the people in the #1 category. Everyone else is nice and willing to help you.

Good that you laught xD BTW, I've other vids, maybe you invest some minutes to whatch these ones.

(Also my concept to fill time with any random fights with music seemes to be bad (just some really good epic fights are beeing whatched episodes before...)

Sorry, the 1rst video is just good after some seconds, I didn't really finished it (without the bad CPU-Battle).

(Also, if you just don't like me come to Germany or say me exactly where you live and I will end it up in less then 10 seconds darling!)

Another point of critic should be that here isn't a mod deleting this threat if it's not liked!

I also don't like it very much because all these people watching on my video and don't post their own videos!

They can criticize until death but don't show me anything better!

Another bad fact is that nobody gave me a constructive reason why he don't likes the video. I've got just 1 comment on it and that shows the high rate of prejudices they have!!!

They don't think about anything!

Just forget it, I prefer to post in any other threat and let you alone with your frustration xD

Ok, here's my criticism. Watch more before you post something like that. So nobody showed you anything better? You must suck at searching. Check the New Smash Index and pick ANY of the youtube channels, then pick ANY video. There you go, I just showed you something better.

Why don't I like the video? Because watching someone hitting a CPU and watching two CPU's fight bored me to death.

Also, the "Final Smash" is just horrible editing. Falcon's damage went from 11% to 0% during it. Also, he does a backflip after the dive, which he didn't. He just stood there. And there was no "YES!" sound.

And puh-lease don't send threats through message boards. It's just the lamest thing ever.

PS: Noch was, dein Englisch ist furchtbar.

So, sorry for offending blue yoshi (insert face of sad child/puppy here) but this is just too much to be explained by "he's new." I understand that there's a language barrier going on and all, but still, it's a for-christ's-sake CPU BATTLE that we're talking about. No one with any degree of intelligence at any level of their smash career would post a CPU battle under the title "black and white epic.wmv". I have done stupid things before, and I generally show a good degree of patience towards people newer than myself (very few people), but a line needs to be drawn somewhere. I wouldn't have antagonized him if he hadn't posted a thread for it.

I also disagree with the making of this thread, the posting of (lets be honest) terrible videos, and other stuff, but all in all, I'm trying to be supportive, encouraging new people to stick around, show them what they did wrong in a peaceful way, and go from there. Sure, I could simply cut to the chase and flame people, but... well, what's the point?

The main problem we have for the 64 boards is that we don't have many people posting here (compared to brawl and melee). Whenever noobs come and post noobish things, people flame them to the point where they don't want to post here anymore. Therefore, what we want is more people. What we do is scare all the new people away. Between some people's flaming, I try to make the post of encouragement to try to keep people here. (I'm not saying everyone here flames new people, but... well, some do, and those are the posts people remember).

Look at it this way. Since the VC came out, we've had lots of new people post stuff here. Almost all of them were flamed while posting here, and most of them left. We need people, but we're scaring everyone away.

So... to answer Battlecow, no I'm not offended in any way... it's just... well... disappointing when another new person gets scared away. I know I'm not the only one who thinks this way as well.

To be honest, Melee has about as much "viewing now" people as we do. Brawl has 100+ all the time. The place where it's always packed is regionals.

And for battlecow ... As yaou don't know ... I am intelligent - Also just because I don't spend too much time on games only for memorization on moves and combos xD

I totally agree.

You all should take out a leave out of his book!

This threat demonstrated how less normal answers a bad threat gets here.

I just don't nerve anyone, but you just can say: "Hey guy ... your video is bad! - Please don't post boring cpu battles here! People wont like it, so you shall do a new video and delete this one! (please!)"

That is what I would say. Also I might mention that only combo videos are really accepted here (plus he shouldn't post videos here if he's not addicted to the game!).


(As I would say in german: Da solltet ihr euch mal 'ne Scheibe von abschneiden! ...xD)
