Neutral Special: Metal Blade

Mega Man throws a circular saw blade that goes through any opponent or shield and lingers on platforms and walls.
He can throw the Metal Blade in one of eight directions. Two Metal Blades can be thrown if one of them was picked up.

Side Special: Pile Driver
Mega Man turns his arm cannon into a jackhammer drill, then charges forward with it.
If the jackhammer hits any opponent while mid-dash, he shoves them into an explosion.

Up Special: Rush & Beat
Mega Man summons his robotic dog Rush, who launches him into the air with a springboard.
Afterwards, Mega Man summons his robotic bird Beat, who flies while carrying him in his talons.

Down Special: Leaf Shield
Mega Man summons four electromagnetic leaves that orbit around him and protect him from any projectiles.
If "B" is pressed after the Leaf Shield is summoned, Mega Man fires it in one of four directions (B + ←/→/↑/↓).

Shield Special: Weapon Swap
Mega Man opens a menu, choosing one of eight weapons to temporarily replace the Metal Blade for his Neutral Special.
However, only one weapon can be used at a time and relies on energy. Run out of energy and the menu enters cooldown.
  • Ice Slasher: Fires an icy blade that passes through obstacles and freezes any opponent. (Origin: Mega Man)
  • Flash Stopper: Emits an intense flash of light around Mega Man, imobilizing any nearby opponents. (Origin: Mega Man 4)
  • Water Wave: Fires a wave of water spouts that moves across the floor, dragging opponents with it. (Origin: Mega Man 5)
  • Noise Crush: Fires a powerful soundwave that breaks shelds and bounces off any walls on contact. (Origin: Mega Man 7)
  • Tornado Hold: Drops a fan on the ground, creating a tornado that launches opponents and blocks projectiles. (Origin: MM 8)
  • Solar Blaze: Fires a sphere of flame that splits apart into two blazing shockwaves that travel across the stage. (Origin: MM 9)
  • Scramble Thunder: Fires an electricity sphere that splits up and moves across the ground or lingers in the air. (Origin: MM 11)
  • Oil Slider: Fires a oil blob that becomes a puddle, trapping opponents and can be ridden on by Mega Man. (Origin: MM: PU)

Final Smash: Mega Legends
Mega Man uses his arm cannon to fire a black hole that pulls in any opponents close to it, sending them to another dimension.
Afterwards, he summons X, Zero (MM Zero), Vent (Model X), Aile (Model ZX), MM Volnutt, MM.EXE, Geo Stellar, Proto Man & Bass.
Together, Mega Man and his allies use their arm cannons to fire several beams of energy at the opponents, sending them flying.
