Specials :GCB:
Neutral Special: Leech Seed

Ivysaur uses the flower on his back to shoot glowing seeds into the air, placing them on both sides of himself.
If any of the glowing seeds touch the opponent, they'll drain some of their HP, recovering Ivysaur's as a result.
(Origin: Pokémon Stadium)

Side Special: Rock Smash
Ivysaur pulls out a boulder with both of his vines, then headbutts it to shoot several smaller rocks across the stage.
Any opponent who hits the boulder will be counterattacked. Rock Smash can be used on the ground or in mid-air.
(Origin: Pokémon Stadium 2)

Up Special: Leaf Storm
Ivysaur rapidly rotates the leaves on his back to create a leafy tornado, then throws it forward with both of his vines.
If Leaf Storm is used while mid-air, he'll quickly flip over on his back, then launch himself skywards with the tornado.
(Origin: Pokémon Diamond & Pearl)

Down Special: Venoshock
Ivysaur uses the flower on his back to shoot multiple dark blobs of poison that home in on any nearby opponent.
Holding "B" makes him fire a stream of poison from his mouth. If used mid-air, poison blobs are fired downward.
(Origin: Pokémon Black & White)

Final Smash: Bloom Doom
Pokémon Trainer throws out two Poké Balls onto the stage, calling out Bulbasaur & Venusaur, then strikes a Z Move Pose afterward.
As a result, the Bulbasaur line gather natural energy, then release it in the form of a big flower shaped explosion around themselves.
