If "B" is held, Squirtle fills his mouth with water, then shoots out a spiraling stream of it across the stage.

Squirtle retracts into his shell and rapidly spins around while inside of it, performing a quick multi-hit tackle.
This allows him to avoid counters and projectiles. Input backwards and he spins in place, spawning a vortex.

Up Special: Waterfall
Squirtle quickly jumps high into the air while surfing a torrent of water to drag any opponents along with him.
If Waterfall is used while surfing, he'll turn the wave into a makeshift surfboard, then rapidly perform backflips.

Down Special: Ice Punch
Squirtle covers one of his hands in ice and performs a charging punch, leaving behind a trail of slippery ice.
Press "A" afterwards to perform a quick icicle uppercut. If used in mid-air, Squirtle performs a diving punch.

Final Smash: Mega Hydro Pump
Pokémon Trainer throws out two Poké Balls onto the stage, calling out Wartortle and Blastoise who quickly Mega Evolves.
