U Tilt: Quad Kick - Jigglypuff performs a quick scorpion kick. If done repeatedly, she'll altenate bewtween feet. (Origin: Super Smash Bros. 64)

B Throw: Fling - Jigglypuff lifts up the opponent with both hands and throws them backwards. (Origin: Pokémon Diamond & Pearl)
U Throw: Tornado - Jigglypuff lifts the opponent up with both of her hand while spinning around, then throws them upward. (Origin: SSB M)
D Throw: Rollout - Jigglypuff turns herself into a boulder, then pins the opponent down and rolls on their back. (Origin: Pokémon Stadium 2)

Neutral Special: Hyper Voice
Jigglypuff takes a deep breath, then lets out a powerful shout that fires powerful sound waves from her mouth.
If the "B" button is held she inhales more air. The longer she inhales, the stonger her sound waves will become.

Side Special: Gyro Ball
Jigglypuff curls into a ball, rapidly spins in place to cover herself in a metallic aura, then rolls forward at high speed.
This moves strength is determined by how long you hold the "B" button. Jigglypuff can jump while using Gyro Ball.

Up Special: Bounce
Jigglypuff leaps high into the air by using her stretchy body and crashes back down to perform a powerful body slam.
The body crash section of Bounce can be cancelled by pressing "X/ Y". Jigglypuff can use Bounce three times in a row.

Down Special: Facade
Jigglypuff enters a defensive stance with both of her hands, then performs a quick and powerful lunging backhand.
Facade becomes stronger if she's attacked while guarding, especially when the attack itself inflicts any status effect.

Shield Special: Sing/ Dream Eater
Jigglypuff sings a soothing song, creating sound waves that put any nearby opponents to sleep for seven seconds.
If used near sleeping opponents, she'll use their dreams to recover her HP. The HP recovered depends on damage.

Final Smash: Dazzling Gleam
Jigglypuff takes a deep breath to expand her body, then exhales, releasing a large explosion of rainbow colored light around herself.
Holding "B" makes Jigglypuff inhale more air, expanding Dazzling Gleams range. However, the process will be cut short if she's hurt.

Idle #1: Jigglypuff briefly looks around herself in amazement.
Idle #2: Jigglypuff bounces on the ground two times in a row.
Idle #3: Jigglypuff yawns in boredom, slightly deflating herself.
Up Taunt: Jigglypuff shuffles from side to side and jumps into the air while singing.
Side Taunt: Jigglypuff performs a speedy pirouette, then strikes a magnificent pose.
Down Taunt: Jigglypuff falls asleep for a moment, restoring her HP by 5% each nap.
Victory Pose #1: Jigglypuff sings her signature theme with a microphone in hand, then waves at the audience.
Victory Pose #2: Jigglypuff performs an aerial pirouette, flying around the stage, then strikes an elegant pose.
Victory Pose #3: Jigglypuff rolls into the camera's view, then yawns in satisfaction before going to deep sleep.
