Pikachu covers his entire body in electricity, then charges forward at high speeds to paralyze any opponent.
If Wild Charge is performed while mid-air, he spins around in a corkscrew-like fashion, but doesn't paralyze.

Up Special: Floaty Fall
Pikachu uses a set of three balloons to float into the air. The balloons are active for 5 seconds before popping.
If "B" is pressed again while using the balloons, he pops all of them, then dives diagonally downward headfirst.

Down Special: Iron Tail
Pikachu performs a frontflip and swings overhead with his hardened tail to bury opponents or break shields.
If Iron Tail is used while mid-air, he'll perform a quick aerial somersault with his steel hard tail is oustretched.

Shield Special: Thunderbolt
Pikachu summons a powerful lightning bolt from the sky. If it hits him, it'll create an explosion of electricty.
This also temporarily electrifies his body, giving him a stat boost in ATK & SPD until a Special Move is used.

Final Smash: Pika Papow
Pikachu charges up electricity for three seconds, then unleashes a barrage of several lightning bolts into the sky.
Afterwards, multiple lightning bolts crash in random spots until the biggest one lands in the middle of the stage.
