Forward Throw: Bullet Bill Blaster - Bowser Jr. places the fighter in a Bullet Bill Blaster and launches them. Origin: New Super Mario Bros. U
Back Throw: Chain Chomp - A Chain Chomp bites the fighter and spits them out. Origin: Super Mario Bros. 3
Up Throw: Bouncy Ball - Bowser Jr. throws the fighter upward then holds a Bouncy Ball that send them flying. Origin: Super Mario Bros Wii

Bowser Jr. blasts fire out of his mouth. If held Bowser Jr. uses a copy of F.L.U.D.D to spray fighters or the ground with water. Can be angled.

Bowser Jr. goes in his shell and spins until B is pressed again.

Bowser Jr. uses the Warp Whistle and gets carried by a whirlwind in any direction:

Down Special: Music Box/ Shadow Splash
Bowser Jr./ Koopaling gets a Music Box that put's anyone near it to sleep. Holding it makes them paint an insignia on the floor. Anyone who comes on contact with it is attacked by Shadow Mario.

Shield Special: Jr. Clown Car
Bowser Jr./ Koopaling jumps in the Jr. Clown Car and gets access to moves exclusive to it. Each Jr. Clown Car has a different design.

The Jr. C.C. spit's out a mine bomb that rolls on the ground. Charging the move makes it larger.

The Jr. C.C. becomes a race car and speeds forward. Pressing B while turning makes it drift.

Down Special: Mechakoopa
The K.C.C. deploys one of 3 types of Mechakoopa. Mechakoopa, Blasta Mechakoopas & Zappa Mechakoopas.

Shield Special: Abandon Ship
The Jr. C.C. ejects Bowser Jr./ Koopalings out while self destructing.

Final Smash:
Bowser Jr: Shadow Mario Splash Storm/ Megahammer Mayhem

Shadow Mario Splash Storm
Bowser Jr. becomes Shadow Mario and summons a Polluted Piranha that spews multiple drops of goop, then Shadow Mario finishes with his insignia that hurts anyone near it. Some puddles of goop are left on the floor and slow down any fighter in them.

Megahammer Mayhem
Bowser Jr. jumps in the Megahammer, fires multiple Bullet Bills then finishes with the slam of both hammers.

Koopalings: Bowser's Minions/ Koopaling Crush
Bowser's Minions
One of the Koopalings uses a Zappa Mechakoopa to teleport the fighters to the Valley of Bowser, then Bowser's Minions make a stampede that launches the fighters.

Koopaling Crush
One of the Koopalings stomps on the ground and makes a soundwave that sends the fighters to World Bowser, then Boom Boom, Pom Pom & Sumo Bro attack them, and they are finished by a large, falling Koopa Clown Car piloted by the Koopalings.

Bowser Jr. has a perfect moveset as is. He needs balancing changes, 100%, but none to the moveset itself.

Also, unique moves based on alt costumes would be HELL for competitive players and is inherently bad fighting game design,

While I personally want to see Jr out of his Clown Car, his moveset is fine. Like Wario said, he needs more balancing

Sorry. I just wanted to differentiate them from each other. Also I'm not good with stats and stuff like that.
