How'sat work, exactly? One for normal bracket and the choice to pick a different one for losers' bracket, or just the ability to have sort of a second character in the event that 'Oh crap, my character is Mac and I'm going up against someone who hard counters Mac'?

I think we should do that (and OP add it to first post) either on the day of release or before the tournament begins (giving enough time of course) in case people want to change their mind after having actually tried out characters for the first time.
