Are the single tournaments (Normal and Low Tier) at Saturday and Sunday or wich days are they? What time does they start and can you play friendlies before it starts?

Thursday: Random non-smash tournament, the venue opens at 1p.m. Maybe some lowtier.
Friday: Singles - Signup around 12, start one hour after.
Saturday: Teams and lowtier if we have time.
Sunday: Cleaning Day

If there going to be lowtier, what day will the lowtier singles be?
