Rule: You may change your charcter order and/or cp 3 times each.
Once you change them three times thats your pernament character or level order.
This rule comes into effect when the tournament starts

I think you can just switch the chars anytime in every round now as long as you are using chars on that list and they're different.

Overall it was good, but people didn't show upp.. not ur fault, I think it was great, but I do not think the chatroom was benefitial. we'd be better off here where we can easily access the brackets without opening a billion pages. idk. still mad about my ROB suicide... coulda won....
