Don't worry, he's not. (I've personally never heard Spike Spencer talk, though, so I can't personally judge his voice.)

I think Ike's English voice is okay, it sounds better than the Japanese voice (which is all right but often sounds like an old man), IMHO. (*ACTIVATES FLAME SHIELD*)
