Special Stages: Goomba and Entei

Exactly the same as the Special Stage: Majora's Mask thread but it is about the Special Stage: Goomba and Special Stage: Entei. If they were used in tournaments would they be banned, counter pick, or neutral?

Goomba might be CP but I don't know if it has ledges. Entei would be barely banned.

Why would Entei be banned? Why would Goobma be counter pick?
