special moves in brawl?

i was reading my issue of gamepro and found out that in brawl theres suppose to be
special moves unique to every character.

i was wonderin how this would effect the game and how is the specials going to be used.
any ideas on what kind of competition this new skill is going to bring to the world of ssb.

i'm definitly thinking that specials could play a major part in a match or in a specific fight.
also do you think this will make the characters in ssbb much easier to be placed?
