This is kinda fail. Sure, getting a free Dragonite is awesome, but how is it going to be EV trained and stay at lv. 50? Also, why would anyone, especially the officials, limit a tournament to level 50 when wi-fi has a lv. 50 AND lv. 100 feature? Well, at least it will have Outrage before lv. 64.
