Okay, I felt bored today, so I decided to help out the Samus community a little bit. So, this is a list percentages that Samus' partially charged shot kills at when your foe is at the edge of Final Destination. I chose to use an 18 damage charge shot. I chose 18% because the next weakest charge shot does 14 damage, and is near incapable of killing. 18 damage is the soonest your charge shot will start killing effectively. Also, an 18% charge shot at the edge has about the same kill potential as a fully charged shot near the opposite side of the stage. An 18 damage or 21 damage charge shot are both extremely useful because your foe doesn't see your arm cannon flash, indicating that you have a fully charged beam. Having a partially charged beam adds to mindgame potential because they don't expect a deadly charge shot from you. Also, such a partial charge shot takes less time to charge. All tests were done in Training Mode on a Lv9 CPU set to stand. New results: All partially charged shots have less start-up lag than a fully charged shot. Yes, I do realize that aerial DI has a big factor in this.

Key:
Edge -18% beam

Edge - 21% beam
Center - 21% beam

Ganondorf 1.056 141%
Samus 1.051143% 113% 142%
Yoshi 1.045 142%

Marth 0.944 126% (he makes a very feminine scream when he dies from this >=D)
Sheik 0.935 125%
Zelda 0.935 125% (gasp! j/k)
Falco 0.919 123% 97% 119% (Just shoot him, zair his illusion, and edgehog his fire bird)
Olimar 0.919 118% (Probably sooner because you can edgehog his recovery)
Zero Suit Samus 0.914 124%
Fox 0.910 121% 96% 116%
Pikachu 0.904 120%
Meta Knight 0.904 106% (what now metawhore?!)
Kirby 0.899 119% 96% 118%
Squirtle 0.884 118%
Mr. Game & Watch 0.884 118%
Jigglypuff 0.849 112% 87% 111%

These numbers are remarkably similar to the dtilt chart...
Credits to MrSilver for the weight list.
Characters are more likely to survive if they DI up. However, you can just edgehog most of them.

Working on 21% charge shot and Link/TLink's data.

Ness 0.980 132%
That's a good list, 0RLy. One problem, though. I know you said that you did these tests at the edge of Final Destination with the Charge Shot partially charged (18%). However, while I was thinking about how I could defeat someone who plays as Ness and checking at what percent Ness would have to be if he were hit by a fully charged Charge Shot, I tested in Training Mode at Final Destination. Ness was at the center of the stage at all times, and here's what I got.

"The Charge Shot, if fully charged, can defeat Ness at 115% to 119%. This varies, because sometimes Ness will fly a bit higher, as if he were performing DI."

Why so high the percent? I know that the Charge Shot wasn't charged all the way, but it was at the edge, and Ness would have had to have been at 132%, which would make it easier for Ness to be defeated. Consider mine, which was at center stage. If Ness was hit by the Charge Shot at the edge of the stage, it should take less percent to defeat him, and if at a higher percent, the Charge Shot is sure to wipe him out.

Thanks for the stats. I like the idea of catching people off guard with this. Probably extra useful when people are off level.

@ Dryn: I got that conclusion from a test with Wario, my friend's main. He smash DI'd towards the stage, and DI'd upwards.

Hm... In that case, remove 15% from the percent given to find out how soon a fully charged shot would kill at center stage. Perhaps the number given on my list would kill somebody from the OPPOSITE side of Final Destination with a fully charged shot, lol.

How long does it take to charge-up 18% and 21% charge shots?
I'd really like to implement them into my game, and that'd be a big help.
BTW, is Link shield really that much of a deterrent as to not bother to find kill percentages?
