I've been trying to get better on ssb4. However, after a year of practice, and 3 main switches, I havent gotten much besides learning that rolling is annoying and cloud is broken (no offense cloud mains). Is there anyone that is a beginner-intermediate player that can take me on regularly? I hope that this would make me better.

patiently waiting for the next challenger.

Smashladder is always an option to look for good opponents, mate. Part of the process of growing and evolving as a player sadly will involve losing a lot, so you can diagnose your gameplay and find mistakes. I'd also suggest posting in this thread here to look for opponents on these boards.
I could take you on, if you wanted.
