It depends who you're playing kind of.
Like, some people may not be able to stop a move (Peach's downsmash) so you can easily spam it on them.
But if you mean projectiles that work fine, Lasers, Boomerang, Turnups

Spamming = Repeating a individual move too many times, like ''spamming'' Sheiks B move, or Spamming Falcos B Move.
