Soul caliber IV tier list

If anyone here plays a lot of soul caliber IV, post what you think the tier list should be.

Just IMO, algol should be banned because of his projectile spamming that no one else has, being a boss character, etc.
Yoda is pretty good because he can block all day and is outside of everyone's grab range (even other yoda's)
