Sonic Code Trouble (PSM's, not PSA's)

I make PSM's or Partial Size Modifications, but one of mine just doesn't work.

I tried making a Sonic PSM to make his body the shape of the Werehog's, but some values of the code don't seem to work.

If anyone knows about PSM's, here is the code:

Now, there are some changes to Sonic's shape with this code, but not as many as there should be. For example:
1. His hips are wider
2. His chest is larger/taller
3. His belly is taller

But there are MANY more changes that should appear. If anyone knows why this is happening and can help me fix it, that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You can do this using Vertex hacking. I might try and do it.

Use vertex hacking, it's far more efficient than codes.
