Something missing from Frame data?

I've been looking at frame data for a while, and I may be missing something. If I'm blind then could someone just point out what I'm missing.

Anyway what I do not see is frame data on end lag for ground attacks. How long from the time the hit box is gone to the time you can perform another action. I do not see frame data on that. Am I missing something?

You may see something like this:

Code:
U Tilt

Total: 39
Hit: 6-12
IASA: 32
Total - the total length of the move
Hit - what frames there are active hitboxes
IASA - Interrupt As Soon As. On this frame or later you can end the animation with a jump, dash, or another attack (you cannot IASA with shield).

How long from the time the hit box is gone to the time you can perform another action
Take the last hitbox frame (12) and subtract that from the IASA (32) and you find that you can start a new utilt
20 frames after the hitbox ends.

Generally you can shield on IASA frames. Marth's dtilt is an exception to the rule though. I don't know whether there are any other exceptions.

Didn't realize that, but you are correct. Is there a list of which moves can be shield IASA and which aren't?

As I said, I don't know, but I think at least marth is the only high tier char with such a move.

For what it is worth, I found this post by sb:

you can do ANYTHING during IASA frames. Marth's D-Tilt is the only one I know of that disallows the GuardOn subaction change-action, so you can do anything except shield on frame 20.

Also I think some characters' threads unfortunately don't have the IASA frames listed in them.

I did a little research into the matter and found that Link has some IASA frames like that, too. SDM notes specifically which ones you can and can't shield out of in this file, but i'm not sure if he did that consistently in all of the frame lists.
