Someone needs to change the IRC password again

Some idiot posted the password or something in the main IRC and both jiang and Ark saw it. There are no OPs currently in the IRC and we cannot kick them because NONE OF US ARE OPS. Someone change the password who is an OP and make EVERYONE in the chat OP.

I was trying to find a way to make myself OP secretly and kick Ark and Jiang myself but I can't, as I have no access to #WBR... this is why MuBa had everyone as an OP before... -_-
