My last post won't edit so here's what I was gonna say: "Edit: There were so many times when he teched off the platforms and you failed to hit him. He always rolls the same way so try using U-air. It lasts longer and will be much more likely to hit. This is the kind of thing you need to think up in mid battle."

You have all the tech skill you need to do well. Keep it up.

Some suggestions I have:
- more uair when you are under him. you tend to come up from platforms and bair or something, uair is much better especially if you wanna double jump for the combo. He can double jump after your uair to avoid the combo... but that means you can punish him if he doesn't touch the ground ;).
- ic vs marth is all about maximizing damage and punishing all his open spots. whiffed/blocked fsmashes and dash attacks are all punishable. if you're feeling lucky, you can even punish between fairs.
- dont be afraid to roll away if ur feelin the pressure. the marth is pretty good at staying on top of things with pressure so space him enough so that you can punish a mistake in his offense.
- try to refrain from using wd-jab-dsmash too much. given, it's a great move for marth, but you use it as if it's a be-all end-all finisher. sometimes he can di the jab and not get hit by dsmash, or maybe your traction makes you slide too far for the dsmash to hit. after u jab, watch where he goes, and if you're lucky you can jab -> grab which is even more deadly.

you're pretty good : ) keep it up
