I'm not nearly as pro using peach as some people here, but this is just me two cents.
Dont use fair un such situations, the turnip around 40 seconds in the first match was clever, and dont use float needlessly it can get you in bad situations. Use the upsmash more, and dont let people juggle you so easily ^^.

I only saw the first fight against the shiek.

Your friends need to lay off FC from far going to you. it made him so open that you was able to see what he was gonna do. Also needs to be a lil faster. He does not thouht you off with his movements. Its quite easy to rush at the dude and you will not pay for it. so he has to learn how to speed up and not stay in one spot all the time. get some dash danceing in there. Wave dashes, yes her wave dash is short but it can help a lil. he also needs to attack out of the shield more. Use more turnips.

I only watched the 1st match but from what i saw you was not dropping while you were doing FC so you just floated over the person a few times. I think you need to learn to control peach better 1st

Yeah i too only watched the first match. You need alot of practice all around. Learn to Float cancel and focus on what each move does for Peach. Ive played her so long I know her inside and out. The float cancel makes Peach way faster and use that float more conservtively it leaves you mad open if you dont do it right
