Figured I'd post a link to some of the animations I've worked on in the past couple of years. They can all be seen on my youtube channel, because I suck at figuring out how to embed videos on SWF apparently. Most of them are fairly short assignments I did for my intro class.

I recommend watching the Rocket one in HD, if possible.

Have my babies.

I've been in a 3DA class for Lightwave and I'm nowhere near that kind of awesome. I really dig the intro to the Rocket one, and the walk cycle is really well done.

You know that companies pay big bucks for 3D logos, right? A kid in my class got over $200 for one little three second animation of one. He's 15 and doesn't know half of what you've displayed. Seriously, keep it up.

Ha ha, I must admit, my friend is the one who added all the polish to it, particularly by adding that effects layer on top of the whole thing, and giving it nice titles and everything. I just animated the characters, pretty much, lol.

But, yeah, I've been learning Maya at my school. The thing is ridiculous, and there are so many programs to tie in with using it (AfterEffects, Photoshop, ZBrush, just to name a couple), that the more I learn about it, the more I realize how little I know about all of it. It's insane. Hopefully I'll be able to keep up.
