ok well I've been having some problems at tournaments, every time I start playing I get nervous and start to choke and I end up losing cuz of that, I know that I can play better that what I do but my nerves get the best of me, any advice on how I can get over em?

The more you play (under stressful environments) the more you'll be taken out of your comfort zone. It may seem bad in the moment but you're bettering yourself up beforehand. Try to keep your confidence going through your set and don't get in your head and try not to think about it during a set.

Getting around nerves isn't something you can really get help from others with, it is something about yourself that you must conquer on your own.

One piece of advice I would give, though, is to have a game plan and stick to it. When you are nervous, don't try to do something cool or fancy to win the game; your opponent is just as nervous as you. Instead, just be patient and stick to your guns. Rely on your reaction punishes instead of trying to guess.
