Wow overall that was pretty meh. I mean Spider-Man, Ratchet, Horizon, and Resident Evil 8? Dope everything else? Very lackluster.

Demon’s Souls is great too but that’s been rumored for ****ing ever.

Well, Spider-Man Miles Edtion, Ratchet and Clank, Sackboy, Resident Evil 8, Astro, Horizon 2, and Hitman 3. For a showcase of new titles, there's more than 2 things that would get the majority of people interested.

I would say an overall solid showing. Way better than Microsoft's.

Okay, so what's the price.

You had a lot of good looking games. The graphical jump isn't huge but things certainly look better. The console itself looks like a modern art piece.

But how much does it cost? They skirted around it.

Yawn....Switch>PS5, because I had some hope Sony would have learned lesson's from the Switch's success, and incorporate some form of portability into the PS5, but nope. So sadly, even though Horizon II and Spiderman Miles Morales look great, and Solar Ash looks to be very intriguing, it's a hard pass for me.

Miles is a low hanging fruit for that kind of bad writing.

Well guys that was interesting.

Horizon Zero Dawn II, Spider Man and Gran Turismo looks fine as hell.

And the plot twist at the end of a digital version of PS5, oh boy!

However I'm not "hyped" hyped. Like a one big game to be announced to convince me to get it early.

They handled him pretty well as a main character in the first game so I don’t think it’s going to be a problem.

They kinda of did though. Miles’s game has a holiday 2020 release the earliest of anything in that. So the system has to be planned for that as well

Okay so PS5 thoughts per each reveal

- lol GTA V
- Spider-Man: Mile Morales is ****ing perfect.
- GT7 looks neat but I'm not a real/sim racer person
- YOOOOO RATCHET
- Project Athia looks super interesting
- Stray looks neat
- Returnal looks extremely interesting, love the concept
- Sackboy 3D World looks excellent
- Don't care for Destruction Allstars really, looks neat though
- Kena looks really cool, the devs made that Majora's Mask animation a while back btw
- Goodbye Volcano seems neat, Enby protagonist is awesome
- ****ing love Oddworld games, bring Soulstorm on
- Like the look of Ghostwire
- Jett didn't do much for me
- Godfall looks neat but Gearbox still has me caustious
- Solar Ash looks dope as hell
- Hitman 3 looks great, loved the recent games
- Astro's Playroom looks neat
- Little Devil Inside seems interesting
- Snooze for NBA
- Bugsmax looks weird which I expect from Octodad's devs
- **** YEAH DEMON'S SOULS
- Deathloop looks really cool, Arkane are top tier devs
- RE8 looks amazing, really interested in the Chris storyline
- Pragmata looks neat but Deep Down I gotta wait and see if it actually comes to exist

- The system itself looks like a cross between a router and a Destiny weapon

OK, I didn't watch the Sony Direct because, frankly, I wasn't interested.

However, I saw they announced RE8, so I watched the trailer as fast as I can, and now, I have like so many questions at once.

I'm sold on getting the console. Not until at least six months out.

Plus as long as Falcom and a few others keep putting games on PS4 I'll be fine with that.

Holiday season can be anything from Late October to the start of January. That's not very descriptive imo.
