Nope, it's real alright and I wouldn't be surprised if they're doing this to make up for ShiftyLook's loss. Seeing Pac-Man on the list makes me wonder if the whole Ghostly Adventures plan they did failed since Day 1.

Yeah, quite raised eyebrows to me too. Ghostly Adventures wasn't really bad, but I think it tried too hard to modernize Pac-Man, a very timeless series that would have had something more akin to classic Mickey Mouse-shorts that even Disney today proves to still do well. Shiftylook was also a lot mixed bag despite neat effort, and Namdai cutting it off out of nowhere (while claiming that it's done enough to revitalize these franchises)...
I personally dunno if to bank on this working, however. These are indeed classics at best, so forcing these to today is rather difficult undertaking. Uprising at least had big amount of development power to back it up, and the style + gameplay for it was mostly well-received. At least the option's there, but I hope someone very experienced and beloving of these properties would make these fly up into today's market.
Alsp, what I think is that these shouldn't be marketed or developed via today's current ins, as it'll make them less timeless and flexible for next times to come. See Lorax 2012 and other awfully adapted Seuss-movies of last decade and ya see why it's so important.
