Okay, so, this troll posted the leak, and he said that he heard the contents of the leak from a German Nintendo employee. The first post is indeed the complete untranslated leak. He posted it below a video of a famous German Nintendo Youtuber.

It's basically as credible as a random person on 4chan. If not less credible.

I dunno, I remember that one German character leak with KK. Slider, Fiora and a few other characters where some of the German names were entirely wrong and the leak got still some acnowlegement because everyone thought those names were the actual German names.

Maybe it's just that foreign leaks are seen instinctively as more credible?

Sickr (the guy who posts articles on there) has already said he only posted the article because people kept on sending him emails about it.
He also never claimed it was real and/or believed it was real as well.

It sounds like you were nearly too smart for your own good, and you had that bit of luck on your side in the end. If it was me I would've just threw Ultra Balls without thinking lol. I actually wouldn't have remembered that Misdreavous had Memento or Perish Song, the only couple I remember for this sort of occasion are Abra Teleport and Voltorb/Electrode Self-Destruct. Always have a Master Ball just in case.

Yep, my plans backfired hard because I didn't expected Perish Song (I ignored the fact that Pokémon in DexNav chains level up)
I almost lost my 2 Master Balls in less than 2 days, I want to fish another one on the GTS or win one at the Lottery just to have a bigger Emergency Cushion for a potential Teleporting Abra or something.

I put my last Master Ball on the PC to focus more on strats (like Taunt or Switcheroo) while hunting a 3rd Shiny Misdreavous

You should give them more of a chance. I'm not sure which ones you've played already, but if I were advising someone who hasn't played any of them before, I'd say jump right in with Bowser's Inside Story, as it's IMO the best Mario game period. They really get the best out of the characters, even rivalling Paper Mario and Super Paper Mario. The combat is brilliant, and is genuinely hilarious to boot. Oh and Bowser is freakin' awesome throughout the whole game.
