Simple is best ability!
Get a pokemon with Simple beam and use it on mega lucario with power up punch and just watch the lols. And laugh as you watch a derpy Mega lucario tear through the opposition!

Also, Hawlucha is the best Pokemon. It's weaknesses are countered out by the fact it's a friggin' bird man luchadore. It doesn't need weaknesses. It has a suplex.

Considering that a Special one is basically Serperior because the similar Movepool, and Tropius has access to Earthquake and Dragon Dance

Knowing how trollish Boomstick and Wiz are, I bet they are doing the Samus vs. Boba Fett remake just for the sake of cracking more Other M jokes like "the baby the baby the baby the baby the baby the baby". It is inevitable given how controversial that specific Metroid game was after its release and the fact that it is still scrutinized up to this day.

But instead they had to opt out for Bowser for the umpteenth time because Mario fans really wanted to see him be the bad guy in a RPG since Sticker Star (At least he had a good boss fight and the quirky humor we all loved unlike his bland portrayal in that PM game).

One Pokemon I want to have a Mega Evolution is Breloom. Boosted Speed yet retains Technician.

Another is Storm Drain Fire/Ground Typhlosion while it gains the ability to learn Earth Power.

I tought that too at first, but after finishing the entire game, i can say that they treated Bowser's character much better than most Mario games, i mean he wasn't just a goofball in this game, he took the spoils for himslef and acquired power with a pretty smart move, and ended up as the villain because of his actual evil scheme, wich i thought was a breath of fresh air after he was pretty much just a comic relief in the previous Mario & Luigi games.

Yeah, but we don't senselessly bash things and the people who like it, which is what typically happens when that topic gets brought up. It's obviously something you don't care for and are just using as a punching bag considering you basically called the majority of Renamon fans disgusting, so it's not something you're trying to bring up for a better conversation.

Really, if the result is always going to be attacking someone for what they like/don't like, then it's not really good conversation at all.

With Contrary, it would have to be Special as it only gets boosts through Leaf Storm. If it gets another ability, I personally would say Physical due to Dragon Dance and Earthquake, though it then has to have something to stand out from Dragonite, Salamence, and the other dragons.
