Admittedly I had to stop watching it. It just got too unbearable to watch (especially with the "protagonist").
So, he broke the fourth wall?
The Protag is a cop... A COP. Oh god the insults he threw around, damn it.
Worse than that. He was like Duke Nukem if you took out any likability he had. If you want a prime example, the opening cutscene has him harassing a flight attendant (and that's putting it nicely) and somewhere in the midst of it we're supposed to like him.

So I checked out gameplay screens and oh boy, this is just bad. Who thought of making this thing?
It's worse than that. In any good franchise, he would have definitely been an antagonist. Yet somehow in this game we're meant to like him.
To be fair I feel the same way about Duke Nukem.

Maybe it's more like an anti-hero of sorts.
I wouldn't even give him that. Even anti-heroes can be sympathetic.

I'm not too knowledgeable in Catcher of The Rye, but I'd love to see how he's worse.
Think less "final boss" and more "minor lackey".

Ehh, either way, the game looks awful based on screenshots. It's like a more perverted / disgusting version of GTA, I think.

I despise Holden for personal reasons, mainly just that he's a whiny teenager who doesn't care about his future. I do well in school and still worry about succeeding in life frequently, while this **** failed out of three schools and at the end of the book still has no idea if he's going to bother.
Long story short it's a video game tie-in to a Spanish comedy (or at least, inspired by said movie). And in case you're wondering, the IMDB rating of said movie is 5.5. Let that sink in for a moment.
