But it doesn't take gaara any effort at all

He can mass create sand in seconds.

OMG I almost forgot about the stripping rock star anime. Well, when the boys rock out, their clothes gets ripped off by the magical power of MUSIC!! (yes, they also fight evil people with music... as in they out-preform them in songs). I mean, they do look different, so I guess it counts as a transformation. =P


There is one manga that I've read is supposed to receive an anime adaptation. I'm not sure how to classify it, though. Mahou Shoujo Ore's about a girl who transforms into a magical boy (I believe there's another girl who does the same)... so it's gender bender, however, it seems like the costumes are what you'd expect a magical girl to wear. So the boys be wearing costumes like Sailor Moon (short skirts an all)!

There's a few more that come to my mind, but I think you get the point haha. I don't like to ramble on and on

Yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing more about the idea. I mean, magical girl series like Sailor Moon and PreCure are pretty much sentai for girls, so seeing a traditional magical girl equivalent with guys would definetely be an interesting concept.

I didn't even realize that the Mysterious City of Gold actually wasn't a relatively recent show, but an old 80's show that was revived pretty recently. That said, the theme song remains the same... and awesome.

There's one song that I keep listening to from the Kill la Kill ost, and of course, it had to be a Radiohead style song. It's nostalgic to me since my father was listening to Radio Head when I was young. So every song that sounds like Radiohead are always my favorites. Yeah, it's useless to say this. Nobody cares, I know.

Anyway, what's new people ? :drmario:

I believe the title is a callback to the first Devil May Cry where Trish says something about devils never crying at the end and it prompts Dante to change his shop's name to Devil Never Cry. It was retconned when DMC4 came along and the shop still retains its original name of Devil May Cry.

In DMC3, the origin of the shop's name comes from Lady who after seeing Dante crying from losing Vergil, makes a statement about a devil may cry or something.

Basically both are like arguments about what defines a devil. One side states that devils aren't human so they don't feel emotions other than rage, hatred, lust, and greed. The other side says that there are devils who feel and its what makes them stronger, beyond devils, and closer to humans. Those examples are Sparda, Dante, Nero, and even Vergil who people feel was corrupted by guilt and a need for power to protect.

The song itself is like that too. I remember someone saying it's Dante's devil and human sides arguing with each other, but it's also like Dante and Vergil telling their reasons for what they are and what they're doing. The demonic voice is Vergil who feels he must give in to his demonic side for power to deliver justice. The clear voice is Dante who wants to stay human and do what he believes is right without being controlled by power. Eh, the games are over the top, but they have moments where it's deep.

Oh, and DMC might have a connection to "devil may care" which defines Dante personality.

Damn, I just checked VGChartz on the latest game sales, and Pokemon's continued success is still hard to believe. Freaking 7 million+ units (not counting digital) units sold in 6 weeks.

The fact that Pokemon ORAS is selling much faster than Smash 3DS is kind of disappointing. I was hoping that they would both sell similarly.
