I don't know about the "new" Gravity Falls, but it's definitely Cartoon Network's equivalent now that Adventure Time is toast.

The main problem with the movie is that it exist purely to make game related jokes.

Wreck it ralph used it as a background, but it was still able to tell an exciting and unique story. An awesome story with awesome video game characters and references.

Pixels, is just kinda there at this moment. Also Aliens.

I think both shows stand strong on their own terms, although they share some qualities.

Gravity Falls for the engaging mystery plot.

Steven Universe for the character driven plots/developments.

I prefer the latter, but I love both.

Anyway, that comic crossover with Capcom and Sega makes me both happy and disappointed. For one, the idea is sick. But it's also reminding me how Capcom vs Sega would be an awesome game.
