Eh, I don't trust reviewers that much, but eh. Reading the actual review instead of just relying on the score, I see fairly interesting points. But I do need to see more correct.

No offense but I had no interest in Codename Steam since it was announced. The game just looked confused and a bit lame (lincoln? really?)

As much as we make fun of them, some game reviewers do bring up good points. It's not like their opinions should be completely discredited, even if they can be biased at times.

I definitely agree, but if several reviewers are having the same gripes about the game, then there's probably some merit to those complaints.

I think someone had a simulator that gives random results. However,RNG isn't very fair,so I'm blank on how things will work.An Arigamy vs Hokori simulator?

Actually, the game isn't half bad but I can see the issue with the "longer than Fire Emblem" enemy turns. As long as the multiplayer is fun and the customization is deep, that's what makes the game a great time waster in my book.
Ever since games like Dillon's Rolling Western and Fluidity happened, I've started to be under the impression that any new Nintendo IP that isn't on consoles would be either have average scores or have less than phenomenal sales. Still banking on Splatoon being the next big IP since the game's hype at least was bigger in comparison to S.T.E.A.M. in the end. After all, I can see Splatoon being the "Pikmin" of this generation due to how much of a following it's starting to gain.

The game is okay-ish. The controls take some time getting used to, the enemies take 3,000 years to finish their turn (no X/Y pun intended).. and eh, there's not much I can say about it. I'm not getting the game anyway.

Might pick up Code Name: S.T.E.A.M. sometime in the future (not at launch though). Really liked what I played in the demo.
But I KNOW I'm picking up Splatoon at launch. Might buy it digitally.
