I've actually done a couple simulations with this cast, and the results have been really great.
Notably, Freddy Fazbear went on a bloody rampage the first run but didn't win.
Then Bloody Mary got as many kills and did win.
The next run had Dr. Wily murder Dr. Eggman.

If anyone could take down Ridley, it'd be Albert Wesker. That'd be a good match up.
Mewtwo vs. Dimentio would be good too.

See, I actually put way too much thought into this.
There's a huge network of internal rivalries and relationships.

- Dr. Wily and Dr. Eggman are rivals due to both being mad scientists.
- Sephiroth and Mewtwo relate to each other due to both being created as experiments.
- Pyramid Head and Nemesis are in the same district due to both being hulking, relentless monsters from popular horror games.
- Ghirahim and Dimentio work together due to both being conniving, magic using lesser Nintendo villains.
- Dracula and Bloody Mary are rivals due to both being modern interpretations of urban legends.
- M.Bison and Heihachi hate each other because Street Fighter vs. Tekken.
- Shao Kahn, Nightmare, and Akuma are rivals due to being powerful beings from different fighting games.
- And Freddy Fazbear is there because lol.
