I don't play Smash as much as I used to, but Smash 3DS is great as I can play Smash Bros. anywhere and everywhere I go.

My interest for video games overall has been diminishing over the last few years, but I still play somewhat regularly on my 3DS.

I don't even post as much as I used to in these forums either.

Though I've gained an increasing interest in anime and manga, as well as music, through the last year.

People indeed change...

I recall Social 2.0 starting in January or Feb 2014. Yeah, the threads have been passing faster. Although I don't know why. They seem as active now as when I joined.

4-5 mains?

Aren't you spreading yourself a bit thin? :p
I should have made a division on the last one :p
3DS: :4palutena::4zelda::4darkpit:
Wii U::4lucina::4lucario:

For some reason Im insanely good with Zelda on the 3DS, but I just plain suck with her on the Wii U

64: Luigi (And Mario, Pikachu, and Link)

Melee: Young Link (And Pikachu, and Captain Falcon.)'

Brawl: Toon Link (And Mario, Luigi, G&W, Kirby, Pikachu, and Lucas)

Smash 3ds/WII U: Shulk (And Mario, Luigi, Dr. Mario, G&W, Wario, Dark Pit, Link, Toon Link, Kirby, Lucina, Megaman, Mii Gunner, Olimar, Pac-Man, Pikachu, R.O.B., and Robin)

Noooooooooo.
What makes you say that? :)
When you main a character, it means they're you're main character, hence the name. You develop an intimate understanding of that character's options, as well as having a strong knowledge of matchups for that character. It takes a lot of work to do that for even just 2 characters, never mind more. The more you spread yourself thin, the less you get to develop your game with a certain character.

It's fun to play lots of characters, but that's a different concept to a main.

Although I guess it all depends on how seriously you take it, the whole main thing only really applies to tournaments, and that's just a small part of Smash that you don't even need to care about if you don't want to lol

I haven't attended a legitimate tournament so that's why my mains are 3+ in Smash 4 and Melee.

I mostly screw around in 64 and Brawl

I've never been to a single tournament and only had 1 main in each game.

I don't have mains and don't take Smash seriously. I barely have time to be dedicating to the game like some people do and never desired such a thing either.

Though I've been consistently using Ganondorf the most since Brawl. I also used Mewtwo a lot in Melee.

Of the Smash 4 newcomers, Robin and Dark Pit are my most used. Bowser Jr. is fun to play as well.

Other characters I like include Lucina, Marth, Ike, Link, Toon Link, Shulk, Pit, Donkey Kong, Sheik, Greninja and Olimar.

In Brawl, I liked Snake, Wolf and Lucas quite a lot. Shame they didn't return.

Never played 64.
Melee: Went from :pikachumelee: to :ganondorfmelee: to :roymelee: to :luigimelee: to :foxmelee: back to :luigimelee:
Brawl: :dedede:
Smash 4: Went from :4palutena: to :4bowserjr: back to :4palutena: to :4ganondorf:

Playing stock matches without items is as competitive as I go.

Seeing as how I don't really take Smash seriously that often, then I suppose me having this many mains can be justified right?
To me, mains are simply the characters that I play much more than/above all of the others.
For example, I do play 64 Ness, Pokemon Trainer, and Smash 4 Ganondorf more often than most other characters, but not as often as the characters that I listed as "Mains"

I've only participated in one Tournament, and I had to withdraw because the TOs started the tournament almost 2 hours late and I didn't have enough time to stay because of that.

I always mained my trio of plumbers. They always felt really good, and since they are pretty near in terms of moves, there's not of changes between the three, only the playstyle that really changes.
It's usually good to main the original character and his clone I think.

Yeah I mean it doesn't really matter ultimately, it's only really an observation I made about if someone attended tournaments and considered that many characters as mains. It's why I said "spreading yourself thin" and not something like "that's dumb" because everyone playa the game how they want, but just helping new tourney goers out a bit hopefully.

Now Kyousuke is directly responsible for Sayaka's death. That means we can actually hate him now, right?
I'm probably the only person still playing this game...

What were your mains across Smash games?
I only recently got 64, so I haven't chosen a main yet.

In Melee, I don't really have a main, I only ever play Melee non-seriously, though I tend to pick :drmario::roymelee: and :gawmelee: a bit more than most.

I Brawl, I played :wario: mostly, though I used :rob: and :gw: quite a bit too.

In Smash 4, I'd say I main :4shulk: and secondary :4gaw:. I'm trying to learn Greninja, but he's super foreign because I don't usually play super fast characters.

I've only ever been to one tournament though.

I need to get back Melee and Smash 64. I sold Melee to someone who wanted to discover Smash and I only played Smash 64 on the Wii (Wii shop). But I'll still main those 3 (or just Mario in Smash 64).
Those mains are eternal for me.

You can main as many characters you want.
Only reason I use Pikachu in Smash 4 is because it was good in Brawl, and me knowing it wouldn't have lots of changes.
Then again I wanted to use Yoshi before Pikachu so lol

I'm so bad at picking a character and sticking to them. When Smash 4 came out, I thought I'd use Ness all the time because he's finally good, but I hardly ever use him anymore.

Daylight Savings Time is so dumb...

In 2012, an Ohio man was arrested for drinking and driving twice at the same time on the same day by the same police officer.

I have no mains on both 64 and Brawl (I'm not counting Project M). I'm just bad at those games that I'd rather focus solely on Melee and Smash 4.

Then don't turn your close forward or backwards, no one is stopping you you. Or move to a state that doesn't do it.

I don't care for it so I don't complain about it. I don't have a steady sleep schedule anyway so it doesn't matter to me

Daylight savings messes up the sleep schedule hard, I'm guessing? Good that it's not necessary here.

:231:
Actually, India used to observe it but stopped. It's the most absurd thing that most of the global North still does.

Red = Never
Orange = Used to
Blue = Still uses it.

It's not necessary anywhere, though yes especially near the equator where the sun/moon cycles are pretty constant year-round.

Currently making a map for For the Frog the Bell Tolls for a game project I'm working on. This is what I have gotten off so far.
Looks good. You really have a thing for that game, huh? :smirk: Well, good luck with the rest.

Well, not really. That's like saying your main method of transportation is walking, cycling, driving, train, and plane.

A maim character is meant to be your most used, specific character. Yaknow

Sonora, México doesn't do DST?
Gotta check that
