Playing the 3DS version or the Wii U version?
If you're playing on the former, just go to Smash Run and play it as Ganondorf over and over. You'll have higher chances of getting Ganondorf specials. Likewise for other characters. Likewise for Miis to get outfits and hats.
Ganondorf was one the first characters I've gotten all specials for, along with Dark Pit and Robin.
