I know it's probably far too early, but as experience shows, people are more than willing to already start forming clans ( or rather, crews ) although the game isn't even out yet!
Single threads spread throughout the general forums would, of course, be a crappy way to organize clans or post announcements. So a forum would be in order. That forum should probably have strict rules so as to not turn every clan thread into a chatroom for its members. But that's a different story.
I suppose this is more of an open letter to the administrators. If you want to, close this thread after saying that you'll make a clan forum when the game is out, or under what other conditions you would make a clan forum, if you'll make one in the first place.
So, satisfy our curiousity!
