So uh... What is this Samus chain grab?

You can sorta link forward throws and charge shots, but it's hardly a chaingrab.

Um, I know link has a sort of fake chaingrab. Since they made it more difficult to jump out of a grab when they don't throw you, noobs might not know how or struggle to do it. So you can grab a noob with link, smack them while you hold them, let go, and just hookshot grab them again and keep doing it. It's actually really hilarious, they literally can't escape as long as they don't know how to jump out of a grab or are someone like luigi and slide out or range after being let go.
I've done it to mess with noobs and I get a laugh everytime, and since brawl is new I always try it at least once on everybody to see how fast they can jump out of a grab. Maybe Samus has something similar? She does have a ranged grab like link, but I've never tried.

A great conversation filler at bars and parties
The grabbee always receives less stun from escaping than the grabber. Unless your opponent has the slowest reaction time in the world, it shouldn't work. Maybe perform it once in a match, but no more than that. And Samus cannot chaingrab. Not even against a wall. My grab combo is fthrow to zair. That's.... it.
