She's a pretty good friend I suppose. Anyway I suspect she has become attracted to a friend of hers.

However this guy is more or less a misanthrope, and a nihilist (I guess the two go together lol *shrug*). Maybe somewhat misogynistic as well; he generally doesn't trust women and admittedly states he prefers Anime girls over real ones anytime and day (rofl). The odd thing is, she knows this.

So...should I do something? It would be most unfortunate for her to pursue something she would later regret.

She's a girl, and more often than not girls go after the more challenging and unattainable.

There's not really much you can do about it. If the guy remains uninterested she'll find someone else eventually, and if they get together and he starts treating her like a queen, she'll just dump him and find some other *******.

If you're truly concerned about it, all you can do is express that to her in a clear way. Ultimately, it's her life, and her mistake to make if it does turn out to be a mistake. Beyond giving her advice as a friend, it's really not your business.
