As the title says, I just reached 1,000 posts. Not only that, but they were mainly non-spam posts, which makes this seem more of an achievement than all those people who signed up in June and now have over 2,000. I don't know why, but I just felt like looking back at my swf history, even though it really is minor.
I started coming here around 2005ish when Nintendo Power talked about it for like, 1 sentence. I lurked a bit, and forgot about this place. I eventually registered after I wanted to see less ads when I looked up some melee facts. Interestingly, since I signed up around the same time that brawl came out, it made me seem like even MORE of a noob than what I was. I even posted something about how Marth was gonna be top tier since his final smash was amazing. XD
Eventually, I learned more about smash, became a decent player, and ACTUALLY started posting instead of lurking a lot. I started to hang out with the Pika's after I started to main him a bit.
Funny story, to be honest, about my maining history. I started with Marth, then moved onto Sheik. I eventually got bored of her (and the ****ty character board for her) so I went to Pika. I then played around with Pika and Ice Climbers, then went back to Marth. I think I'm gonna stick with him, now.
Anyway, after massive amounts of posting, I have finally gotten 1,000 posts. It seems like it's been a short while since I got on here, but it's been over a year. I know many people here don't knwo me, but I just felt like posting this.
