I talked to my dad about this and apparently he doesin't want me to go to smashfests.
"You don't know any of theme and if theres not enough wiis you'll just be there doing nothing"
I may start coming to these with my cousin around the summer and if we have any tourneys i'll try to come.

Well, this is a public place (in a sense), with security cameras -- Also, with property managers on duty for like 6 hours.

No drinking, no smoking.....just games. Where these events are held the venue doesn't allow that.

As long as I'm the host it won't. Only people who get in is whoever I let in.

Seriously, it's that secure, I'm the only one able to let people in because I have the key card.
