I'm not sure, but I think I'm the first to discover this. If I'm not, then sorry.

Sorry for the bad quality of the video, but you'll get the idea.

How to:

You can do this in Vice-Versa if necesarry.

Use Snakes Up B the as falling use his Down B (mine laying) and blow it up right as you lay it.
You sort of have to move into it but you can repeatedly do this. The explosion from the mine will allow you to jump again.
