I have many many replays of computer snakes jumping of his uB and even once uB'ing twice without getting hit.... comps are broken? Anyone else see this happen?

Show us the vid, and people will probably be able to explain.
Yeah, the double cypher is caused by Snake getting footstooled while using the cypher, the cypher then flies away and explodes. After you get footstooled you can reuse it.
