It's kind of true though. Rough, heavy skin ≠ levitation without psychic abilities and/or magnetic pushing, and Water/Ground doesn't exactly match either of those prerequisites.

Actually, while I can't manually do this (and even though I voted Unaware), I'm going to vote on Rough Skin. It's just an ability - they usually don't make a lot of sense anyways.

So -1 Unaware, +1 Rough Skin.

I changed my vote because I was working on an entirely new design that I felt would work with it, but that was scrapped. Since I've already cast my ballot, I'll stick with Unaware. I further read up on it and it appeals.
